'Applications of Gravesian Theory for 2nd Order Change Agents' - a post program review.
(Part 1)
This is the first of a two-part conversation with Maree Burgess and Joanne Hansen, the instigators of the recently completed pilot program, 'Applications of Gravesian Theory for 2nd Order Change Agents'.
Maree is a Certified Neuro-Behavioural Modeller and along with her colleague, Joanne, asked for help in learning how to apply Gravesian Theory (aka Spiral Dynamics) in a practical way for 2nd Order change work. Since we at BMR are keen to support our graduates, Marvin Oka and Graeme Brooks developed an intensive 10-week pilot program which has just completed.
Hear from Maree and Jo about their experience and learnings gained from the program as it applies to their own professional work.

Marvin Oka and Dr. Gary Saliba will outline some of the foundational neuro-behavioural competencies for effective systems thinking to serve as a basis for engaging in an action-learning session of modelling further neurological distinctions in real-time.
This promises to be a learning-rich session with extensive group coaching.
