Refunds & Returns Policy

At Behavioural Modelling Research Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 76 957 417 062), we are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

 

  1. Our Commitment

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in the case of a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

 

  1. Digital Products & Services

For digital programs, courses, or consulting services, refunds are not provided for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in line with the law.

 

  1. Physical Products

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund

Please email [email protected] with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will process eligible refunds within 30 business days.
