"The value I got out of the course was that I was able to further develop, understand and narrow down my niche. I didn't expect to get that. It's really important as I could see how the modelling research skills help me to create content and products that suit my particular niche, and to have the types of conversations I need to have with that community to get them to relate to the product I'm selling. My expectations of the program were quite high. They were more from the point of view that Marvin would deliver some information that I can use to develop products and services to sell to my audience. While in fact, what he did was to give us a ‘how’ for developing those skills on an ongoing basis. He gave us an understanding of how we can - from within our community - create the relevant products and services we can use to serve them. I feel like I'm more in control of that process now. I'm not relying on somebody else to do it for me. Marvin's given us an invaluable tool and I'll forever be grateful because now I know how to create my own specific content for my own specific community, and to target it in a more fine-tuned way.
I would definitely recommend the program. I would recommend it for people who are stuck, who are doing work that's pretty much the same as it's always been, or only slightly different than the other guy or competitor. But, more so, I would recommend it because I feel like I've learned a skill that I could use forever.
